Well hello there!

My name is Caitlyn Schaefer. I am a Dallas girl who loves getting to adventure through life with the man of my dreams, Casey. I have previously spent my days teaching middle school math, but am currently transitioning into the role of raising our sweet son and daughter  dog Piper Bear.

I have never thought of myself as a writer at all, but have always loved to tell stories. Typically they involve voices and hand motions, but in this case you'll have to use your imagination along with my pictures. :)

 My desire for this blog is that you can get a peak into my life as a Schaefer. Most of my stories include the following: Jesus, my husband, our adorable puppy Piper Bear, fitness, projects, and of course food. But since I am a teacher to my core, I love sharing the lessons the Lord continually shows me through life. These lessons most often include the not so perfect parts of life, the struggles that everyone has, but  no one likes to share. Well, here I am sharing all of my life with you. I hope you leave encouraged as you hear my Schaefer stories full of joy, laughter, trials, and grace.
