So this morning I woke up to my first day of Thanksgiving break. Praise the Lord I made it. All teachers this morning took a deep breath and rejoiced in a Saturday morning that maybe had a little work, but ended with knowing you had a full week ahead of you completely off.
So wonderful.
I cannot even describe how wonderful these little breaks are. We love our kiddos at school, but bless them they just WEAR US OUT.
So this morning I woke up all on my own, wandered into the living room, sipped my coffee and had a little time to myself. Meanwhile I decided to read up on a little photography business and was learning a little bit about flare and haze. Still getting the hang of it, but wanted to share some fun shots I got of the sun as it was setting!
Of course sweet, dirty, piper bear was my model again. One day I'll have more pictures of actual people, but for now Bear is doing a fabulous job (as long as I am holding a stick above my head).
I hope you all are having a fabulous start to your Thanksgiving break! I am thankful for time to spend with this pup and a day of relaxation.
